Make Web not War and EXOPC are proud to present the first EXOdesk Application Development Challenge. Application developers can submit their applications to become one of the first person in the world to own an EXOdesk, named one the best innovation of CES 2012.
The contest’s goal is to determine the best applications by quality, innovation and creativity, user experience and learning curve, and look and feel. The challenge starts on March 3rd 2012 and closes on May 1st 2012. Winners will be unveil on May 15th 2012.
UPDATE: The challenge has been extended to give programmer more time to develop their application. The new closing date of the challenge is now July 15th 2012 and the winners will be unveil on August 15th.

2. Download EXOdesk development kit
The development kit is compatible Windows 7 and Windows 8.
You can test your application on any PC with a decent graphic card. An HD display is highly recommended. If you do not have access to a touch panel, you can test your application with a mouse.
3. Develop your application
The EXOPC HTML5 development kit is easy to use and EXOPC will provide all the required support. Please reply to this post for any question.
For those based in Montreal, an EXOdesk will be accessible for testing purpose.
4. Submit your application before 1st of May
The application submission will be done directly through the EXOstore, and will be made available later this month.
The following criteria will be taken into consideration:
- Innovation in usage model
- Usability and learning curve
- Look and feel
Business, educational or consumer oriented applications are welcome.
6. Selection
A panel of Judges will vote for the 3 best applications.
